- Identifying problems of large corporate clients, assessing their processes, developing solutions, and presenting them to management
- Clarify user expectations, analyse business problems
- Conducting meetings, workshops
- Preparing specifications, studies
- Technical support for the implementation of IT projects
- Working in teams and independently as the situation requires
- Mentoring junior colleagues, leading a team of 2-3 people
Requirement
- University degree in Computer Science
- Knowledge of IT technologies
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in consulting, business analysis or systems engineering
- Experience in multiple complex enterprise-level projects
- Structured, logical thinking
- Determination, flexibility, proactivity
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Good sense of humor
- Eagerness to develop quickly, love of variety
- Proficiency in English
Advantage but not requirement
- Experience in enterprise document management (ECM, DMS)
- Experience in the financial and/or energy sector
- Experience in planning and managing projects
